BBQ Booking Form

PLEASE READ:

-The Arts Student Union is not responsible for any violations of the food policies of the University of Waterloo and the City of Waterloo.

-The cost is $10 per use to cover the cost of propane.

-Submissions must be sent in at least a week in advance.

-Arts Societies are the first priority if there are double bookings.

-The BBQ can not be moved from its location in the Arts Quad.

-Users are responsible for providing their own utensils, condiments, and food as well as cleaning the BBQ after usage.
